Being in Community with other non-competitive, non-judgmental women is one of the most heart-warming and nourishing things we can do for ourselves. We sit in circle and enjoy guided meditation, breathwork, a magnificent sound bath, and sharing and listening from our hearts. The breeze is blowing, the waves are crashing and the sun is setting. A divine setting.
